Fenner Precision Polymers has an exciting internship opportunity with the Fenner Information Technology Department, located in Lititz, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and selecting a no-cost/low-cost Robotic Process Automation (RPA) application, followed by automating a few manual processes using RPA. What will you do? As part of the Enterprise System Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various department managers, and their staff members, to identify a few manual processes (use cases) eligible to automate with an RPA application.Use the identified use cases to complete the following:
- Document business and system requirements for an application evaluation
- Develop an application selection criteria scorecard
- Research RPA applications that meet the business and system requirements
- Coordinate product demonstrations to narrow the vendor list down to the top 2-4
- Work with the Enterprise System Team, leveraging the scorecard, to select the final solution
- Automate manual processes using the selected RPA
- Complete a knowledge transfer to internal staff for ongoing use of the RPA

Education and/or Relative Experience:
