As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will work directly with customers to design and deploy new system installations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide project management for customer projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of customer deployments, system upgrades, and enhancements related to the company's SAAS Platform.Monitor and analyze system metrics to troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Provide level 2 end user support for the company's SAAS Platform, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
- Conduct product integration testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Participate in after-hours support rotation.
