ARES is Seeking an IT Lead. The IT Lead position is the primary point of contact for IT projects and issues related to the programs supported by the HSFTIC contract. Responsibilities: Manages IT Projects, IT Service Requests, and helpdesk activities forthe Program supported Maintains Program IT Standard Operating Procedures and IT Plans Interfaces with to the NASA Agency IT, advocating on behalf of the program, and escalating issues as needed to NASA program management Coordinates activities for International & External Partner Liaison support Facilitate and manage access to NASA information systems and resources Coordinate resolution of application and network connectivity issues Educate users on Program and Agency Enterprise and Center IT access processes, procedures, and tools Support documentation and resolution discussions related to data breachesMinimum Requirements: Strong technical skills and ability to learn new environments and processes quickly. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely to customers and management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills. Experience working individually and actively participating on integrated teams.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SharePoint Experience developing technical documentation and trainingEducation and Relevant Work Experience: BA / BS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
