Our corporate values guide us uncompromisingly to always do the right thing, continually learn and improve, respect everyone and lead with service and humility.The Oracle CRM CX, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, and ERP Solution Architect and Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Customer Experience (CX) solutions, including Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), Oracle Field Service (OFS), and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The role involves a blend of solution architecture, development, and integration, ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient field service operations, and robust enterprise resource planning.Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture:
- Design and develop scalable Oracle CRM CX, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, and ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Create architectural diagrams and documentation to support the solution design.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
Development:
- Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle CRM CX, OCC, OFS, and ERP platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Implement integrations with other Oracle applications and third-party systems.
- Perform unit testing and support QA testing efforts.
Integration:
- Design and implement integration strategies for Oracle CRM CX, OCC, OFS, and ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration tools to facilitate seamless data flow.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle CX, OCC, OFS, and ERP features and enhancements.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Customer Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance customer experiences, field service operations, and enterprise resource planning.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to business users.
Field Service Management:
- Optimize field service operations using Oracle Field Service capabilities.
- Develop solutions to improve scheduling, dispatching, and real-time tracking of field service activities.
- Ensure seamless integration between field service operations and other CRM functions.
- ERP Management:
- Design and implement ERP solutions to streamline business processes, including finance, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Ensure the ERP system supports business goals and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Integrate ERP functionalities with CRM, Commerce Cloud, and Field Service solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet performance and reliability standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing plans and scripts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect and Developer in Oracle CRM CX, Commerce Cloud (OCC), Field Service (OFS), and ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Commerce Cloud, Field Service, and ERP.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern development frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications in CX, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, and ERP.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud solutions and SaaS applications.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services role.
Work Environment:
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
