About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team and work with IT hardware. As a Material Handler specializing in IT hardware, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of technology equipment within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of IT hardware, including servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Safely and securely transport IT hardware to designated storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT hardware stock levels and locations.
- Prepare and package IT hardware for internal distribution or external shipment following company guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the IT hardware storage area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill IT hardware requests and support internal departments with equipment needs.

What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with IT hardware or in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment such as Reach trucks and Cherry-picker forklifts.
- Ability to lift and move heavy IT hardware equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling IT hardware inventory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
