Your skills - Works on problems/projects of medium complexity & scope
- Ability to build relationships

- Experience with a Ticketing System - such as ServiceNOW
- Full, clean driving licence
- Working knowledge of Office 365 (excel, word, outlook)
- Maintain computer systems, troubleshooting errors, maintaining internet/network connectivity, running diagnostics, repairing computer hardware
- Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations
Your tasks Working with the IT Support Technicians, your role will be to support the needs of the team. Typically, this will involve travelling to the various Springdale sites, to pickup & return equipment to be investigated / fixed. Your role will start with the ticket being raised, requesting support in whatever the user needs. Working with the Technician assigned, you will determine if a remote resolution is possible, & if not, you will arrange with the user to pick-up or return the equipment, ensuring safe delivery at the various sites. A company vehicle will be provided for this, so a full driving licence is required.
