Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management:
- Partner with service providers to oversee generator, HVAC, and UPS maintenance.
- Telephony support: administer procurement and configuration of mobile and desk phones.
- Data and System Management:
- Monitor Veeam backup results and alerts taking appropriate remediation efforts where needed.
- Conduct system monitoring using tools like Aruba, FortiGate and Netwrix, etc.
- Financial and Contract Management
- Work with senior leadership in creating and maintaining the IT budget.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Track and manage IT assets, ensuring efficient utilization and renewal.
- Oversee and manage external service providers and IT contracts.
- Security and Compliance:
- Assist the CIO in maintaining IT security best practices in protecting the company's assets.
- Support audit and compliance reviews.
- Manage incident response activities (including active communication with stakeholders).
- Lead cybersecurity and all end user training programs.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Develop and monitor IT policies and procedures to ensure they comply with industry standards.
- Workforce Management
- Manage assigned staff and work with external service providers to ensure work activities are completed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner such that follow up is minimal.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster collaborative relationship with business clients and IT service owners.
- Function as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, managing expectations and communications.
- Service Delivery
- Ensure effective service delivery, focusing on service status, changes, and ticket management.
- Lead IT project implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timely delivery.

Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT operations management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to Forcht group locations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to regularly travel to other locations.
Other Requirements
- May be required to attend activities outside the office to stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
