Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/yr. + 8% yearly target bonus
IT Operations Supervisor responsibilities:
* Coordinate and provide technical support at the respective site.
* Build effective relationships with end users to deliver strong customer service.
* Educate business teams on optimal use of computing devices for productivity.
* Conduct technology needs assessments and identify automation opportunities.
* Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
* Work across teams to increase user understanding of available technologies and electronic collaboration.
* Support development, testing, and production for timely hardware and software delivery.
Qualifications:
* Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience of working exclusively in End User Support Domain
* Microsoft Office Certification, ITIL Certification
