Job Description:

TSCTI is looking for immediate support for Navy client in Portfolio Analysis using analysis tools to provide transformation roadmaps for IT business systems and conduct system and application rationalization based on various weights and scales determined by organizational objectives. Responsible for analyzing and managing the performance of all information technology (IT) projects within the Department of the Navy, including their costs, timelines, and effectiveness, by gathering data, identifying trends, and providing insights to key decision-makers to optimize resource allocation and ensure mission success This position is a hybrid role and requires employees to work on-site at least two days per week. Requirements Key responsibilities may include: Data analysis: Collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from various IT systems to assess project health, performance metrics, and identify potential risks or areas for improvement. Portfolio reporting: Generating comprehensive reports and presentations for senior Navy leadership, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for optimizing IT investments. Budget management: Supporting the planning and tracking of IT budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing cost variances across different projects. Project oversight: Monitoring the progress of various IT projects, identifying potential roadblocks, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to requirements. Strategic planning: Contributing to the development of long-term IT strategies, aligning technology initiatives with Navy mission objectives, and identifying emerging technologies that could enhance operational capabilities. Stakeholder management: Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the Navy, including program offices, IT teams, and end-users, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with IT portfolio goals. Compliance and security: Ensuring that all IT projects adhere to Navy cybersecurity policies and standards, including data protection and access controls. Required skills and qualifications: Technical expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network technologies, software development methodologies, and cloud computing. Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical methods, and ability to interpret complex data sets to draw actionable insights. Project management knowledge: Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Security clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance Navy domain expertise: Understanding of Navy operations, organizational structure, and specific IT systems used within the Navy Minimum Qualifications: University or college degree 5 years of IT Governance/Portfolio Analysis experience 5 years of experience in project coordination, management and/or project delivery accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate: Ideal Candidate-I've already done that or have that Excellent soft-skills greatly preferred, e.g. adaptability, emotional intelligence, perseverance, active listening Mindfulness Effective negotiating, consulting & coaching skills 5 years of experience in enterprise analysis Prior experience leading diverse and collaborative relationships across multiple teams Must demonstrate strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills Salary Description $85,000 - $92,500 / Yearly
