The Business Analyst will provide support to a medical Salesforce application development team by working with customers to gather & document requirements, vet & validate Acceptance Criteria with Product Owner and key stakeholders, and write-up as development stories in Jira for the development team to complete. Once development activities are completed, provide manual & automated testing support to ensure that the application features work as intended and meet customer requirements as documented. Responsibilities: - Communication: - Facilitate open conversations with the Product Owner, Product Line Manager, and customer management - Clearly communicate project information to development teams. - Elicitation: - Ask probing questions to understand project goals. - Interview stakeholders and users to gather insights. - Requirements Documentation: - Record requirements in a clear and concise manner. - Ensure easy sharing of requirements across teams. - Analysis: - Review requirements and identify data-driven solutions. - Use insights to achieve desired business outcomes. Mandatory Requirements Soft Skills: - Needs analysis - Eliciting requirements - Business case definition - Requirements writing - Requirements review - Flow and process diagramming - Wireframing - Business data analytics - Problem solving Basic Understanding of Salesforce Technical Skills: - Automation - Collaboration - Data management - Reports and dashboards - CRM Platform (Health Cloud & Experience Cloud) Optional Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus. -This is a Business Analyst position.
