The PM will gather requirements across a portfolio of partners, help identify best practices, and provide solutions to meet the organization's objectives. This role requires someone with proven experience as a PM who possesses strong analytical and program management skills. The candidate must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously throughout the organization and communicate effectively with all staffing levels in the organization. The PM will be involved in recording and evaluating requirements, tracking multiple teams' progress. Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be eligible for crossover.Required Skills: Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives.Technical project or program management in a full lifecycle software development environment.Excellent analytic and communication skills to help receive and manage requirements and build and document solutions.Ability to professionally interact with senior level personnel in multiple forums including boards and TEMs.Experience conducting outreach with multiple organization partners.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience using collaboration software such as JIRA or Confluence.Minimum of 5 years of Sponsor experience.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field.Desired Skills: Knowledge of agile framework, processes, and principles.PMP Certification.Scrum Master Certification.The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
