Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks an IT PM to join its HR Technology team. Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and deployment of the company's HR technology platforms encompassing recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, employee training, and associated processes.
- Serve as a vital intermediary, fostering collaboration among senior stakeholders, business user teams, and both internal and external development teams, ensuring project scope alignment, prioritization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher education qualification
- Demonstrated track record of at least three years in a technical project manager role, with experience overseeing projects involving third-party developers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at fostering productive discussions and collaboration among geographically dispersed business and technology teams
- Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Self-driven and capable of successfully managing high-profile projects from initiation to completion
