Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 month contract position. Responsibilities: Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects Manages multiple projects or a single major project Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment Manages timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on) Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards Support resource planning for delivery/execution Perform project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery Direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects Involved indirectly with handling financials, forecasting and governance reporting and must be aware of those processes as relates to programs/projects Manage the release activities and responsible for all governance and compliance required deliverables for acceptance and entry into the release Requirements: 5-7 years of applicable experience Seasoned Project Manager that has managed complex end-to-end technology programs and projects in their past experience Desired Skills: Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space Familiarity with various project management tools Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously Agile experience Merchant services experience Pay Range: $55.15-$63.15 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
