As an IT Project Manager in the supply chain and logistics industry, you will lead, manage, and deliver IT projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing the organization's supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT and supply chain management processes to ensure that technological solutions are seamlessly integrated into supply chain workflows. You will work closely with internal teams across departments at both origin and destination locations, driving new initiatives, projects, and key deliverablesto advance Century's IT platform and operational capabilities.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid work schedule with office located in Innsbrook, Glen Allen, Virginia. Must be able to work from our Richmond office at least one day per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

Project Management & Delivery

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Communicate progress and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and recommend improvements.

Supply Chain IT Solutions

• Design and implement IT solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
• Drive automation and efficiency using advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure IT solutions provide accurate data for better decision-making and visibility.
• Establish and promote best practices for system implementation and process optimization.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT, supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide training and support for new IT systems to ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with expertise in supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency in IT systems, including SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
