Location: Oak Ridge, TNDuration: 1 year with a 1 year optionWork Location: Y-12 National Security Complex (a combination of on-site at Y-12 and off-site telework)Clearance: Active DOE Q ClearanceKeyLogic has an opening for an IT Project Manager for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. This position is responsible for overseeing and directly managing technology projects. Ensures cybersecurity is built into projects to protect the organization's critical infrastructure and assets, reduce risk, and meet organizational goals. Tracks and communicates project status and demonstrates project value to the organization.Knowledge, Skillset, and Abilities (KSAs)Knowledge of operational planning processesKnowledge of cybersecurity and information technology (IT) security principles, practices, and requirementsKnowledge of requirements analysis principles and practicesKnowledge of information technology (IT) architecture models and frameworksKnowledge of system life cycle management principles and practicesKnowledge of technology procurement principles and practicesKnowledge of cloud computing principles and practicesKnowledge of the acquisition life cycle models and frameworksSkill in performing capabilities and requirements analysisSkill in performing administrative planning activitiesSkill in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersSkill in performing needs analysisSkill in team building and leading integrated product teamsAbility to identify critical technology procurement requirementsAbility to conduct auditsAbility to identify and document supply chain risks for critical system elementsAbility to define and manage day to day performance of operating-level agreements (OLAs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within the authorized limits of a Project Manager.Specific RequirementsEducation: Associate's degree in a technical field and 10-15 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5-10 years of related experience, a Master's degree in a technical field and 2-5 years of related experience, or a PhD in a technical field with limited experience. Requires demonstrated in-depth knowledge and skills in a technical specialty.Clearance: An active DOE Q Clearance is required.
