Title: IT Project Manager Location: Georgetown, KY. Hybrid: 3 days Onsite (Tue, Wed, Thu) Duration: 9+ months Looking for a Project Manager with manufacturing plus Infrastructure background. Automobile experience will be a huge plus. Candidate has to go on Shop Floor so please support the role accordingly. Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves): Agile Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading tech/data systems projects using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), particularly in a manufacturing setting. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of information systems, data management, and IT infrastructure. Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to standardize and facilitate effective information sharing between IT and production engineering teams. Resource Management: Experience in aligning and optimizing resources to ensure project success. Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions swiftly.
