Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12month contract position. Responsibilities: Support End-to-End Technology for programs and projectsPerform project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recoveryRole has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projectsManage multiple projects or a single major projectPartner with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutionsAssist with technology estimates, manage low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environmentManage timelines and communicate project status and has matrix management responsibilityBuild positive give and take relationships with stakeholdersUse the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendationsPlan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverablesPromote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineCoordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and scheduleEnsure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholdersEnsure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standardsSupport resource planning for delivery/executionRequirements: 5-7 years of applicable experienceProject ManagementSharePointDesired Skills: Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services spaceFamiliarity with various project management toolsExperience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implicationsExperience driving multiple projects simultaneouslyAgile experience Merchant services experiencePay Range: $52.10-$60.10Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
