Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or higher with an endorsement in early childhood education (P-3 or P-6).
Essential Duties :
- Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
- Establish effective rapport with students.
- Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation.
- Use technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21st century
- Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
