Here, you will make an impact by:Participating in a global collaborative teamManaging break/fix and support cases for our Cybersecurity technologies. This requires a high-level understanding of how many technologies work together including: Active Directory, Single Sign-on, Group Policy, Secure Web Gateway, PKI, MFA, etc.Supporting Active Directory, SSO, and MFA infrastructure and configurationsProcessing Certificate RequestsMonitoring and responding to automated alerts and metrics, as well as managing reporting of service level metrics.Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:3 years of general IT support experience, preferred in IT security (administration of Active Directory)Intermediate knowledge of Security Administration, Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP; PowerShell or VBScriptAdvanced English knowledge (C1)Knowledge of and experience with security best practices and technologies (knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management)Knowledge of networking, including DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and firewallsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), NAS/SAN storage, knowledge of Linux desirableSupporting Your Well-being:Private medical careLife insuranceRetirement schemeMultisport cardOpportunity to work globally as part of an international organizationWork in a respectful, inclusive and friendly environment with open door policyProfessional training and onboarding packageSupporting your professional development, possibility to gain certifications/co-founding studiesSupporting your work-life balance through being a part of community groups, CSR actions, volunteeringInternal integration eventsHoliday BonusWork Your WayResources for You:For more details on what happens before, during and after the interview process, check out the Insights for Candidates page at /careers.
