Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 Join an Enterprise Delivery squad as an IT Business Analyst within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) Be part of a team that is focused on building robust enterprise data pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and business insights that drive critical business decisions. The IT Business Analyst is a team member, leading efforts to provide business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement and quality assessment, and ongoing provision of various Lines of Business [LOB(s)]. This role influences a cross-functional team for improving the customer, client and employee experience by digitizing and streamlining services offered through end-to-end process optimization in support of strategic initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, create related documentation, and complete attribution mapping details for data elements from the source systems to specific targets and various specialty marts within data supply chain (DSC). Identify and capture requirements for highly complex standards, processes, system and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders; understands and applies the Agile PLC/SDLC to the execution of deliverables. Develop and refine stories to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and stories which enable the development team. Be a Subject Matter Expert on the team's business solutions and technical platform capabilities. Support the development and maintenance of product backlog to allow prioritization and planning to support business objectives and align to the roadmap. Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing as applicable to ensure quality in application releases and user experience. Actively contributes to the creation, facilitating, managing, and recommending training for all aspects of support the team provides. Advises on security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed. Partners effectively with security and risk teams to ensure tech portfolio changes adhere to standards. Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master's Degree and 3 years data analytics experience, Bachelor's Degree and 6 years data analytics experience, or equivalent military/work experience. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Experience agile tools particularly Jira, Confluence. Experience with working in Information Technology and the banking sector. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication, Strong presentation skills. PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues. Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently. Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
