**What Youll Do:**

* First escalation point for IT Service Desk for all system/server related issues

* Assist with the design, installation, documentation and maintenance of compute infrastructure, devices and services, including but not limited to Windows Operating Systems, Backup Solutions, Cloud and Collaboration Services, Email, Active Directory, Hypervisors, Databases, Server and Workstation Hardware, Storage; successfully collaborate with internal and 3rd party support, service staff and vendors and ensure all components are operational

* Support or Line Of Business Applications and Infrastucture

* Administration of IT Operations applications

* Assist with hardware and software lifecycle planning

* Assist with capacity planning

* Maximizes system performance by monitoring, troubleshooting system problems and outages, scheduling and installation of patching and upgrades

* Collaborate with engineers on IT Projects and initiatives

* Visit sites for service related activities, ensure standards are followed

* Assist and/or run various cybersecurity initiatives including, but not limited to Cyber Investigations, Phishing Exercises and Compliance Testing.

* Ensure proper documentation of all tickets, SOP's and systems

**What Youll Need:**

* Minimum 4 years experience in server and application support

* Bachelors degree in technology or related field or equivalent work experience. 1 or more technical certifications preferred

* Experience in an IT helpdesk environment

* Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting, creative problem solving

* Capacity to learn new technology that will work with our systems

* Ability to juggle multiple projects in a team environment

* Ability to handle ad hoc requests as well as planned activities

* Excellent communication skills

* Team-player attitude

* Ability to deal with stressful situations in a composed and constructive manner.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

* Exercise sound judgment to manage the day-to-day activities and expectations

Required Skills
