Job Title: Technical Support TechnicianJob Description:This position is responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns related to provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and security of hardware and software. The technician ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational goals, values, and standards, and promotes excellent teamwork and communication with all employees.The technician will handle onsite support for our stores and donation centers. Must possess excellent customer service skills, work independently, support users, and resolve their IT issues while representing the assigned service unit.
