Our current opening is for a full-time, permanent IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) paying $60k – $70k with full benefits, certification reimbursement, paid training, and more!
As an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise), you will be the client-facing, go-to person for troubleshooting and backend administration issues. You'll work with top-tier technologies (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and M365). The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) should have experience with Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, M365, Meraki, and SonicWALL. A strong understanding of Cloud-based environments and Modern Workplace tools are highly sought out, with AZ-104, Cisco, and Microsoft certifications being preferred.
