We're seeking a skilled and motivated IT Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) to join our innovative Managed and Cloud Services Provider. This is a hybrid WFH role allowing the IT Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) to be at home 2 days per week with the other 3 days in our Manhattan office.As an IT Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP), you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier IT services and support to our diverse client base.
