About Your JAX Internship Experience
As a JAX Intern you will receive a dedicated mentor in your department who will help define and guide your work activities.

Responsibilities
* Learn the necessary technical skills to accomplish this ask
* Document the current state (e.g. links, pages, etc.) of the ITSM internal website
* Lead the redesign and implementation of the new ITSM internal website
* Review and update or add content to the new ITSM internal website
* Obtain final approval of changes and new content
* Deliver new ITSM internal website including presentations and other related communications
* Other assignments as required
Expected Outcomes

* Experience with a real-world ITSM group and associated organizational processes
* Establish a network of IT professionals
* Practice your project management and communications skills
* Development of soft skills expected for working in an enterprise environment

Desired Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field
* Experience with SharePoint
* Familiarity with computer hardware and software
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Working knowledge of basic information technology concepts
* Proficient in documentation and record-keeping
The hourly pay rate is $17.50 - $22.00.
