We are passionate about technology, our employees, and solving problems for our clients.The IT Service Manager will oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients, with a particular focus on MSP Clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient resource management, and the development of robust IT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, client management, and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth, but who is still willing and able to get their hands dirty and do the work when required.Key ResponsibilitiesResource Management
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently across multiple client projects.
- Oversee the MSP Delivery team, ensuring high productivity and quality of service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Participate in the interview and hiring process for new technical team members
Network Solutions Architecture
- Design and architect network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of network infrastructures.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Participate in sales meetings and client negotiations to provide technical expertise.
Service Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring compliance with SLAs
- and quality standards.
- Implement best practices for service management processes to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Project Management
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of the IT services strategy and business plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing an IT team
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, IT infrastructure, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Network+, CCNA, or other networking certifications.
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
