IT Solution Architect - HR Systems
Full Time Perm
Way of Work : Hybrid – two days on location
Location : Columbus, OH, Merrillville, IN, or Lexington, KY
Salary: $107,000 - $160,500 plus 8% annual bonus

The IT Solution Architect primary responsibility and accountability is to provide architecture leadership for the corporate HR Systems and Applications.
In this role you will work with business leaders and service providers to develop and implement solution architecture strategies, as well as developing methodologies and processes to ensure compliance to those strategies. The Solution Architect - HR Systems will work with Enterprise Architects to develop and maintain Technology Roadmaps aligned with approved IT Investments and approved by IT Leadership.
Effective Technology portfolio management processes and tools used as a key input into IT investment decisions and in developing solution alternatives to meet business needs
Proactive technology roadmaps and plans for future needs, based on anticipated business goals and industry direction
Project architecture reviews conducted in a timely manner with appropriate level of quality
Published up-to-date and adhered to architecture standards, frameworks, patterns and procedures
Reduced cost of IT via effective reuse, processes and adherence to standards
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in plan/build/run of HR systems and applications
5+ years of experience working with a variety of infrastructure and security domains e.g. Cloud, Data center, Network, Hosting, Service Management
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday
Experience with LMS
Experience with ServiceNow including application management functions
Experience with HR Time and Attendance applications
SAP experience
Salesforce experience
