The IT Solutions Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the coordination and delivery of various IT services to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and IT specialists to ensure seamless execution and successful implementation of solutions. The IT Solutions Coordinator will utilize problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions
* Coordinate the planning, design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the solution delivery process
* Work closely with IT specialists, engineers, and vendors to assess technical feasibility, identify optimal solutions, and resolve technical issues or challenges
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution specifications, requirements documents, project plans, and status reports
* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to solution delivery in a proactive manner
* Implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure the success of projects
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate solution performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in IT solution delivery to share knowledge and insights with internal teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.)
* 2 or more years of experience as an IT Solutions Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, IT Project Manager, or similar role managing the delivery of IT solutions and services
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and architectures with the ability to assess technical requirements and propose effective solutions
* Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Microsoft Project
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Able to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to analyze and resolve difficult problems and situations.
