Title: IT Specialist
Location: Albany, New York
Duration: 20 Months
Note: Onsite role.
The applicant is the center of our universe. - 6 years of Information Technology experience in at least five of the following areas:
- Liaison with functional users and management
- Requirements Gathering
- Configuration Management
- Release Management and Deployment
- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Functional Documentation and Design
- Post Implementation System Monitoring
- Software Development Lifecycle Planning
- 6 years of experience performing configuration based analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB.
- 6 years of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications.
- 6 years of experience in deployment and release management, including: data analysis of object contention and configuration lists.
- 4 years experience creating and maintaining standardized reports for executives and senior management.
- 4 years of experience in Change Management in the course of fulfilling user requests, resolving incidents, and meeting operational commitments.
- 4 years of experience developing procedures, standards, workflows, documentation and visualizations.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
