HBITS-06-13724 This individual will be responsible for:
- Performing consultations related to migration from legacy/local voice systems to our shared, centralized VoIP platform, known as UniteNY. The platform is administered vi VOSS-4-UC product, so these individuals will be responsible with performing an assessment of what the legacy/local systems provide and then coordinating the configuration, installation, and migration to our UniteNY VoIP platform using bulk/batch update files within the VOSS-4-UC product, along with a few other items. The work will also include meeting with the clients to discuss the existing configurations, coordinating with the vendor to migrate TN's from their existing services, and any other work related to ensuring a successful transition.
