If you're an IT Support Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The level one IT Support Analyst will provide effective and timely technical support for all information technology systems. This position will deliver technical knowledge and expertise for tracking and resolution of technical problems. What You Will Be Doing Interprets problems and provides Tier 2 technical support by diagnosing problem source through discussions with users. Coordinates with support and operations groups for IT systems, client hardware, and software. Participates in on-call support rotation. Reviews service requests and gathers additional information before assignment to support staff and provides documentation in the request/email. Provides support for local, networked, and multi-function printing devices Provides basic account management such as password resets, account unlocks, token distribution, etc. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots client security software and settings. Ensures client hardware, software, and data are disposed of securely while achieving compliance and environmental goals Provides audio and video support for collaboration tools and conference rooms Support yearly alignment grid objectives and metrics for the Global IT EIS organization. Contributes to IT customer self-help knowledge base, department knowledge base, and IT documentation Ensures customer satisfaction through problem resolution and follow-up Configures, installs, and maintains client hardware and software with some supervision Follows established asset management procedures to support standard hardware lifecycle refresh and desktop software copyright compliance Supports IT standardization and continuous process improvements efforts through daily activities, lean initiatives, and participation in IT Project teams Responsible for Tier One Support (L1) - triages and assigns tickets Diagnosing problem source through discussions with users.
