Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 / year DOE IT Support Analyst Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, including technical support or help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, routing, wireless systems)
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 account administration
- Experience with VoIP systems such as Asterisk, Yealink, or Grandstream
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ability to document solutions effectively
- MSP experience and a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering are a plus
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various systems
- Manage and maintain Windows environments, Active Directory domains, and group policies
- Provide help desk support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops and servers
- Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Support VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot unique client-specific applications
- Collaborate with a skilled team to improve processes and ensure top-notch client service
- Keep detailed records of tickets, configurations, and solutions
