CORMAC is looking for an IT Support Analyst, who will play a critical role in providing technical support to our employees and customers. This role is crucial to of our IT department, and we are looking for someone who has the drive, curiosity, and ambition to not only excel in their current responsibilities but also outgrow this role quickly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and Zendesk. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. • Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent communication with end-users (Zendesk). • Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. • Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations. • Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures. • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and track their status. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience with Windows and Mac OS, knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office, VPN , basic networking and security. • 1 -3 years' experience in technical support or IT support role. • Strong passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good time management skills and the ability to multitask. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges. • Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification are optional but beneficial. • Knowledge on AWS Cloud Why CORMAC?
