Must have active TS 2 years of experience with ServiceNow 2 years of experience doing Help Desk operations Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed technical instructions Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to use ServiceNow to manage and monitor service requests Like learning and possess a willingness to lean about technology A high school diploma and an active Top-Secret clearance (clearable up to Top-Secret/SCI). Ability to commute to Rosslyn, VA. This is not a lead role
