OverviewThe IT Support Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT support team and ensuring the smooth delivery of technical services across all of Interstates. This role involves managing and guiding the support team to provide exceptional service while also leading critical technical projects that enhance and streamline IT functions across the organization. The IT Support Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives, maintain high support standards, and foster a proactive and efficient support environment aligned with Interstates' strategic goals. Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $68,000- $85,000+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. - Oversee day-to-day and project related IT activities to ensure positive results are achieved in the areas of internal customer service, risk mitigation, end user support and timely, successful completion of IT projects.
- Supervise and provide technical leadership to internal IT support team; including performance management/reviews, training and development, and more maintaining a support daily management system.
- Set, implement and maintain accountability for IT Support standards and policies.
- Provides back-up support for end users as needed.
- Provides vision and direction setting for the IT support team and drive towards that vision.
- Demonstrates the ability to see past the current issues and look for long-term solutions
- Demonstrates the ability to look for technology that can meet the needs for the company.
