Job Description:

**Hours and Benefits for the IT Support Manager:**

+ On-site Monday-Friday

+ $65,000 - $85,000

+ Paid Time Off, plus paid Holidays

**Responsibilities for the IT Support Manager:**

+ **IT Support and Operations Management** **:**

+ Oversee IT support operations, including the call center and ticket system, with minimal hands-on technical work. Focus on supervising, planning, meeting, training, and evaluating metrics and trends to enhance the support team and improve the user experience.

+ **Training and Development** **:**

+ Collaborate with HR to enhance new hire orientation and training. Develop and present effective curricula for new technologies to small or large groups, both remotely and in-person. Create clear documentation and communication for end users about upcoming changes.

+ **Vendor and Technology Management** **:**

+ Maintain relationships with vendors, manage technology updates, and handle user account administration in Active Directory.

+ **Team Leadership** **:**

+ Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring performance standards, resource availability, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements for the IT Support Manager:**

+ Bachelors Degree in information technology-related field or equivalent experience required.

+ 5+ years of support experience required, supervisory experience preferred!

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective in presenting and working with vendors, co-workers, and management.
