The IT Support Specialist provides 1st level technical support to company employees through phone or email requests. Works with upper-level support team to ensure problems are seen to resolution. Provides hands on software setup, integration and training throughout the company to meet company objectives. Manage, setup and maintain all equipment such as printers, desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets. Focus on providing great customer service while handling technical issues inside and outside of business hours.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* 1st Point of contact for all ticket requests from employees

* 1st Point of contact for Service Titan issues

* 1st Point of contact for phone issues system management

* 1st Point of contact for field technicians iPad and phone issues

* 1st Point of contact for ProPoint when system maintenance is needed

* Provide support after-hours and weekends when necessary

* Understand each departments processes to assist in providing solutions to issues

* Review Service Titan new release notes

+ Take direction from Business Systems & Reporting Manager on releases and untapped functionalities/modules

+ Help set up and implement new features

* Set up employees as a user and their computer/phone/tablet based on their role

* Bi-Weekly Service Titan touch base calls

* Create and maintain Service Titan native and non-native forms

* Manage the MDM account as well as Verizon billing accounts

* Pull new and maintain tracking phone numbers for marketing in Service Titan

* Process improvement and cost savings for any and all IT/Software utilized

* Provide support with new business system integrations and implementations

* Hands on level with all software integrations throughout the business. May include third party

* Performs all other duties as assigned

**Experience and Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, or relative work experience

* Basic business and organization knowledge

* Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Strong organizational skills
