Job DetailsJob LocationFargo Headquarters - Fargo, NDPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftDayDescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible as primary point on contact of user issues and requests concerning day to day operations of HRRV, both hardware and software. Will aid IT Manager and IT Clinical Support Specialist in ensuring all computer and telecommunications operations provide optimal operational outcomes for all users and aiding in the implementation of the Information Technology department's strategic direction.This position will be a temporary and time-limited position with a start date in March 2025 running approximately 9 months and based out of our Fargo office location. Key Responsibilities
  • Installs software, products, equipment and systems as needed.
  • Provides support to users related to both hardware and software problems.
  • Coordinates low-voltage cable installation, moves, adds, and removals for phone and computer usage.
  • Provides support and training to users and solves phone and computer problems.
  • Provides first point of contact for end user issues involving network, phones, computers, printers and other hardware and software programs. Escalate as necessary.
  • Implements software updates and troubleshoots issues that arise as a result of updates.
  • Maintains network user accounts and computer accounts in Active Director

  • Technical or college degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • Experience managing and maintaining workstations running Microsoft Office, Windows virtual server environment, including terminal services and SharePoint
  • Experience maintaining telecommunication systems and desktop hardware
  • Experience with networking in both infrastructure and connectivity, troubleshooting
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Multitasking, strong orientation toward customer service, goal oriented
