**IT Support Specialist**

at dv01 New York, NY (Remote) * Provide technical support services to internal end users remotely with problems or issues related to information technology services including but not limited to applications, workstations, collaboration services, and network services through slack and email submission.

* Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of end users to appropriate next level of technical support personnel.

* Create and provide case status updates utilizing the internal ticketing system to management and end users.

* Maintain system functionality by monitoring MDM alerts and notices

* Create and maintain documentation in the dv01 Knowledge Management System

Able to work in a team-based environment with the ability to function with

independent discretion. * Experienced with 1-3 years of systems and cloud infrastructure support

* Maintaining technical skills in your field of expertise, keeping abreast of developments in technology and solutions.

* Good at problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communications, a self-starter, works well with teams.

* Experienced in a mixed fleet IT environment (Mac and Windows).

* Knowledgeable of WAN and LAN Concepts, interfaces, protocols, and topology.

* Plus if you are certified in Windows or MacOS support.
