Requirements:Education/Training: Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent normally required; specialized bank education/training.
Experience providing technical support for financial institutions is preferred.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; proficient interpersonal relations; proficient computer skills; strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 Suite and banking software applications; familiarity with bank IT security practices.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' related experience normally required.
