This newly created position will report to the Systems Support Manager and will be responsible for ensuring optimal use of technologies through supporting end users by resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems. Sign on Bonus: $2,500Essential Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported IT infrastructure and/or applications issues, both on-site and remote
    • Travel required (Up to 40%)
  • Confers with end users for troubleshooting, training and needs analysis
  • Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning and installation of new and existing personal devices, workstations and equipment (mobile phones, laptops, tablets desktop computers, printers, MFP's)
  • Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
  • Assist with the wiring, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of authorized equipment in office locations and within Truck Fleet
  • Responsible for the health and operation of IT equipment
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on IT assets
  • Provide onsite support for acquisitions and location start-ups
  • Installation and management of security cameras and access control systems
  • Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices
  • Delivering exemplary customer service and timely follow-up to end-users
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area. 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree
  • 1+ year of relevant experience (Internship and College experience considered)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Android, and IOS
  • Ability to travel up to 40%; valid driver's license required

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
  • A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications a plus
