Description:IT Support Specialist, is in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that the business uses to maintain computer and software networks.Major Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support services to the company
- Configure and maintain PCs, tablets, mobile devices, and server
- Develop IT best practices
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft
- Train end-users on their new hardware and software
- Quickly learn and adapt to various off-the-shelf software platforms to understand their functionality and application organizational workflows
- Collaborate with teams to customize software configurations and settings to align with specific business needs and operational goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
- 2+ years work experience in the field of IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, teams word, excel etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
