Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Windows Server, VMWare, Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and network security.
- Support remote access solutions such as VPN and Terminal Services for remote users.
- Provide desktop support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, software, and hardware.
- Deliver Line of Business Application support across client environments.
- Maintain system documentation and perform regular system reviews with improvement recommendations.
- Educate and assist users on best practices for system usage, security, and IT processes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, security protocols).
- Experience with VPNs, Terminal Services, and remote access solutions.
- Proficient in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software for PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk environment, responding to user requests and troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
