Technical Center System Administrator: - Provide timely incident resolution and maintain excellent rapport with team members.
- Troubleshoot software on-demand to meet business needs.
- Update documentation and maintain knowledge base/
- Use Activity directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and multiple ticketing systems.
- Network administration to include physical infrastructure and software management.
- Set up and deploy office equipment such as PC's, monitors, printers, peripherals, etc.
- Resolve risk and vulnerabilities identified by U-Haul's data security team.
- Interact with vendors related to equipment and software purchase/
- Create and/or document How-To guides related to IT for team members.
- Create and adapt PowerShell scripts for automation and imaging.
- Maintain security cameras and server.
- VoIP troubleshooting (hardware and software).
- Point of contact for Midtown IT in escalations.
- Review and archive needed surveillance video.
- Assemble and disassemble computing software.
Qualifications:- Desired CompTIA A+ certification.
- Knowledge of Virtualization Software.
- PowerShell and Windows 10 and 11.
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment/.
- 1 year or more Helpdesk experience.
- 2 or more of Customer Service experience/
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
