IT Support Technician Department: Information Technology Employment Type: Full Time Location: Oklahoma City, OK Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour Description QualityLogic is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Oklahoma City, OK office. This job is well suited to those who have a solid understating of Windows/macOS X configuration, computer hardware and TCP/IP networking. Key Responsibilities Provide direct IT support for a growing QA Services team of 50-100 people Participate with IT Team members in other locations to provide overall Company IT support Assist with maintaining IT systems through application software updates, hardware firmware upgrades and security configurations. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user administration Knowledge of Office 365 User Management including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams Familiar with Windows Server 2012 - 2022 Proficiency in Windows 8 - 11 Proficiency in macOS X 10 - 14 Proficiency with Mobile device setup and troubleshooting Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and technologies (DNS, DHCP, Subnets, Wireless Technologies) Knowledge of computer hardware components and the ability to upgrade or replace components as needed.
