Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician at Buffalo IT Services. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing computer repairs on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Computer Repair knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Relevant certification in IT or related field is a plus

Requirements:

• A valid New York State (NYS) Driver's License
• Reliable transportation for commuting to and from clients' offices as required
• Technical support and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of desktop computers and printer support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
