Responsibilities:
Answer help desk calls for corporate office as well as off-site locations
Using call tracking system, record all incidents and problem resolutions, keeping the customer informed during the process
Resolve Level 1 and 2 issues directly
Investigate and resolve computer hardware, software problems and LAN/desktop problems
Perform hardware and software installations
Interact with outside vendors to resolve computer or printer problems
Qualifications:Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills
Good team work ethic
Experience with Microsoft networks
Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge (Windows XP and Microsoft Office Products)
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with troubleshooting Citrix Presentation Server Clients
General Knowledge and some experience using Help Desk software
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years helpdesk experience;
Strong hardware/software skills;
experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
