Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Ticketing , Troubleshooting , Installation , Break -Fix , Repair
• Experience: 2-5 years of related work experience, or an Associates degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification: A+ Certification preferred or ability to obtain within the first 6 weeks of employment.
• Technical Skills: Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
• Personable: Ability to build rapport and relate to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during interactions.
