Job Description:
  • Support all aspects of desktop, laptop and software needs for faculty, staff and students.
  • Work with Senior staff on support tickets and projects including labs and classrooms.
  • Support Help Desk students with technical issues.
  • Support the Help Desk Area when students are not there.
  • Work with coordinator when needed to inventory and prepare newly received systems for processing.
  • Experience in both the Mac and Windows environment a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Vocational technical training or degree
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree
  • Working knowledge of both Windows OS and Mac IOS
  • A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Office certification
  • Google apps Knowledge
