Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician.Position Summary: Responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of server, computer, peripheral, and networking hardware. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to resolve problems. This position will be visible throughout the organization as a system expert and should have the ability and desire to have a positive impact on the IT department and organization. This position will actively evaluate and recommend new processes and solutions to improve IT services.Core responsibilities include:Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of workstation, server, and network systems, including associated hardware.Responsible for updating to new systems, as well as support on current systems by tuning performance, allocating storage space, and implementing critical system patches.Perform support and troubleshooting to different security platforms, anti-virus, and malware.Assist in configuration, deployment, and managing enterprise-grade network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless APs).Deployment, management, troubleshooting, and migration of Active Directory environments.Performs other duties as assigned.Technical Knowledge Required:Windows OSCloud backup solutionsMS Exchange/Office 365 administrationMS SharePoint/MS TeamsAzure Active Directory AdministrationHelpdesk/Ticketing SoftwareNetwork & Wireless supportMobile Device Management (MDM)Familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.)About our health system: Ozarks Community Hospital is a safety-net healthcare provider headquartered in Gravette, Arkansas, serving both urban and rural communities throughout the Ozarks.
